When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 1 day to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:

• Netherlands: Normally it takes one working day to deliver your package within The Netherlands.
• Europe: 2 - 7 working days. It varies per country, please contact us for more information.
• International: 5 - 10 working days. It varies per country, please contact us for more information

Can I track my order?

Yes you can. Once your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Soon after your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with the tracking information.
So you can grab your popcorn and watch your order travel towards you.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

If your purchase is more than €150 you have to sign for your package. If you have placed an order from €35 till €150 you will receive a track and trace code and do not have to sign for your package.

Can I return my order?

At Bravøure we create small batches of silver statement pieces that are hand made with love. We don't have a large stock. When items are not available in your size we are happy to custom order your piece and ship it to you. Keep in mind that you are buying from a small business and not a large multi brand.

• Exchange: Items can be exchanged within 14 days after you have received your order, if they are not worn and in original state. You can register your exchange through info@bravoure.shop and will receive all necessary information about how to exchange your item(s).

• Return: Items can be returned within 14 days after you have received your order. You can register your return through info@bravoure.studio and you will receive all necessary information about how to return your item(s).

What's your refund policy?

You will receive an e-mail within 2 business days after we received the return package with more information. Returns will be refunded within 14 days after receiving your package to the original payment method.

What is the return policy outside The Netherlands?

For international exchanges or returns, we are unable to refund any duties or taxes collected upon delivery.

Where is Bravøure jewelry made?

All jewelry from Bravøure is inspired by nature, designed by Bravinspired by nature ure in house, and handmade by craftsmen and craftswomen in our little atelier in Bali, Indonesia. We use the finest 925 sterling silver, and working on our approval to use fair mind silver for all of our pieces. Soon also available in white gold.

How can I take care of my products?

All Bravøure pieces are crafted by hand.

Every piece is made of 925 sterling silver so you can enjoy it anywhere but it naturally oxidizes over time - simply refresh your pieces with special silver polish to remove any tarnish or yellowing and restore their original luster.

when purchasing a Bravøure piece, you receive a cleaning cloth and a travel push where you can storage your items in.

What is sterling silver?

925 Sterling Silver: Pure Silver is considered too soft for daily wear as jewelry, so the pure metal is alloyed (mixed) with other metals to get its strength and durability. Sterling Silver is 92.5% pure Silver and 7.5% other metals. We don't use any recycled alloyed or silver to make sure our pieces are the strongest they can be.
